• Contact Details: Student name, school email (e.g., student.fortbendisd.gov), and grade level provided via our membership forms or contact form.
• Activity Participation: Meeting attendance records and event participation used solely to administer the club's Point System.
• Inquiries: Questions or messages submitted through our Contact Us form.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is handled by student club officers and faculty sponsor Mr. Mahoney exclusively to:

• Maintain the club roster and track active member and officer eligibility points.
• Send meeting reminders, competition schedules, and club announcements via Remind or email.
• Respond directly to student, parent, and sponsor inquiries.

3. Third-Party Tools & School Services

Our website and operations interact with approved educational platforms:

• Remind: Used for voluntary SMS and push notification broadcast updates (@dhsastro27).
• Google Workspace / Forms: Used for official membership submissions and competition sign-ups.
• Local Storage: Our interactive Point Calculator saves checklist selections locally in your web browser. No point calculation data is sent to external advertising trackers.

4. Student Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose student data to third parties. All membership data is kept confidential and is archived at the conclusion of each school academic year.
